The Carolina Agency is composed of four departments: accounts, creative, insights and public relations. Each department is equipped with passionate young professionals who are eager to assist you with any problem you may have. Get to know each department and learn more about the ways in which they can help you achieve your brands' goals.
The Accounts team within TCA is equipped to develop digital, broadcast, print and out-of-home solutions for pain media programming of any budget for its clients. Account Managers work one-on-one with clients to develop a clear and strong brand strategy before the execution of concepts and campaign implementation.
The Public Relations department serves as the brand management team for TCA on campus and in the community. As the voice of the agency, the PR department produces and maintains TCA's social media presence, manages our website, conducts outreach to prospective clients, and recruits new staff members to the agency.
TCA's Creative Department is composed of designers, developers, photographers, and videographers who work with clients to imaginatively present work done by the client team.
The TCA Research/Insights team develops comprehensive research reports tailored to the clients' needs. Audience analysis, message testing, competitor and market positioning, and digital analytics are all examples of research that is done within this department.
